We explain the cancellation terms of every booking before you confirm it. Please read them carefully before approving and paying.
1. General principle
Any cancellation or change after confirmation is subject to the Supplier's terms (airline, hotel, service provider), plus the Company's service fees.
2. Non-refundable bookings
Bookings marked “non-refundable” or “non-changeable” cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded after confirmation and issuance. This is stated in the quote.
3. Flight tickets
- Cancellations and changes follow the airline's fare rules and penalties.
- Refundable amounts are returned once approved by the airline and actually received, less penalties and service fees.
- A no-show may cause the ticket to lose its entire value.
4. Hotels
- Free cancellation applies only where the booking allows it and the request is made before the deadline stated in the booking terms.
- Cancelling after the deadline, or not showing up, incurs the penalty set by the hotel.
5. Tour packages
Packages combine services from several Suppliers. The cancellation terms of each service apply, plus programme organisation fees. Group and event programmes are subject to specific terms agreed in writing.
6. Visas
Visa fees and service fees are non-refundable in all cases, including refusal of the application or cancellation of travel.
7. Service fees
The Company's service and issuance fees are non-refundable once the booking is issued.
8. Refund timing and method
Refunds are made to the account the payment came from, or to an account in the Client's own name, within up to 30 working days of receiving the amount from the Supplier. Timing varies by Supplier.
9. Submitting a cancellation request
Cancellation or change requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or official email. The date and time the written request is received is used to calculate any penalties.
