1. Definitions
“The Company” or “we”: Almusafir Holidays Travel & Tourism. “The Client”: any person or entity requesting our services. “Supplier”: airlines, hotels and service providers with whom we book on the Client's behalf.
2. Nature of the service
We act as an intermediary and agent between the Client and Suppliers, and take due care in booking and follow-up. Each service is subject to the terms of the Supplier providing it, and those terms form part of your agreement with us.
3. Prices and quotes
- Prices shown on the website or sent via WhatsApp are indicative and not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed, as they depend on Supplier availability.
- A quote is valid only for the period stated in it, and the price may change before payment and confirmation.
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and the ticket or voucher is issued.
- Payment must be made only to the official bank accounts in the name of Almusafir Holidays. We are not responsible for any amount transferred elsewhere.
- The Client's approval of a quote and payment constitute acceptance of the booking details, the Supplier's terms and these terms.
5. Cancellations and changes
Once a booking is confirmed and issued, any cancellation or change is subject to the Supplier's rules and penalties, plus the Company's service fees. Bookings marked “non-refundable” or “non-changeable” cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Client responsibilities
- Accuracy of the information provided (names exactly as in the passport, dates, contact numbers). The Client bears the cost of any correction caused by incorrect information.
- Passport validity (usually at least 6 months) and obtaining any required visas, permits and vaccinations.
- Attending flights, trains and services on time. No refund is due for a no-show.
7. Visas
Our service is limited to file preparation, appointment booking and follow-up. The visa decision rests solely with the competent authority, and visa fees and service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
8. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes made by Suppliers, or for circumstances beyond its control (weather, government decisions, epidemics and the like). We will do our best to help you find alternatives under the Supplier's terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
